La qualità del "baffo" e l'importanza del tema sono di assoluta rilevanza! Scodanibbio è un riferimento mondiale sul Project Management, ha formato generazioni di PM in Loccioni (me compreso quando ho iniziato come PM), e credo che rifocalizzarci organizzativamente e culturalmente su Project Management in questo momento sia assolutamente fondamentale. Per tre motivi:
1) ci aspetta un periodo di grandi cambiamenti su mercato e tecnologie, quindi probabilmente ci sarà un aumento prospettico dei "buchi neri" nelle commesse
2) dalla qualità e dalla puntualità di questi progetti nella nuova lega su cui stiamo giocando dipenderà la ns reputation
3) dalla marginalità di questi progetti dipenderà la nostra sostenibilità.
Quindi credo che sia fondamentale dare continuità a questi incontri per rafforzare centralità e cultura PM e per ri-focalizzare l'organizzazione sul progetto. Take Away: la commessa è unica e irripetibile. Non ci sono piani B.

Innanzitutto grazie di questo momento formativo, a me che sono un nostalgico e legato alle tradizioni di questa impresa fa sempre piacere incontrare un personaggio come Carlo Scodanibbio con cui ho avuto modo di fare formazione durante il mio percorso in Loccioni.
Questa " rinfrescata " sull'ABC del Poject Management fa sicuramente bene, anche se francamente mi mette avanti la cruda realtà che su alcuni aspetti dobbiamo ancora lavorare molto.

Oggi ho avuto la possibilità di partecipare ad un incontro molto interessante che riguarda il Project Management. Grazie al maestro che ci è venuto a trovare, ho capito molte cose sull'organizzazione di una commessa: quando nasce, i vari compiti che ognuno di noi ha per far sì che tutto finisca ottimamente, i vari metodi per ottimizzare i tempi, il rapporto con il cliente e molto altro.
Di sicuro grazie ai suoi consigli proverò a migliorami il più possibile dal punto di vista organizzativo e spero che lo facciano pure gli altri collaboratori in modo che le commesse partano e finiscano nel migliore dei modi.

Ho sempre apprezzato la formazione di Scodanibbio perchè riesce a dare messaggi e spunti concreti su cui poter lavorare da subito; anche in questo caso mi sono portato via degli spunti su cui lavorare; ritengo utile continuare il confronto su questi argomenti per diventare tutti più abili nella gestione snella (più attività a valore aggiunte e meno spreco).

Il corso è stato utilissimo nel fornire un diverso punto di vista su tutti gli aspetti del Project Management. Non ero completamente nuovo agli argomenti trattati, ma è stato sicuramente utile sentirseli raccontare da Scodanibbio.
Sono stati tre giorni intensi e pieni di spunti di miglioramento.
Gli argomenti trattati sono stati quanto di più utile per il mio sviluppo professionale.
E' stato bello lavorare in squadra insieme agli altri ragazzi.
L'atmosfera e l'aria che si respirava hanno reso questa esperienza piacevole.
Sono iniziative come queste che mi fanno appassionare sempre di più al mio lavoro e al mio luogo di lavoro.

Tutta l'esperienza professionale di Scodanibbio, o meglio gran parte, è illustrata sinteticamente nelle centinaia di slide che ci hanno accompagnato in questi tre giorni, tanto di cappello. La presentazione è molto ricca e ben curata nei concetti e nell'esposizione, ho visto un costante coinvolgimento dell'aula sia nei momenti di ascolto che nei momenti di dibattito. Anche i diversi esercizi ci hanno coinvolto molto e sono risultati efficaci perché nella loro semplicità ci hanno passato tanti concetti chiave che ci rimarranno facilmente impressi.
La cosa che più mi è piaciuta è stata il continuo coinvolgimento della classe con tanti momenti di dibattito, esercizi e simulazioni. Se avessimo affrontato questi temi da semplici ascoltatori sono convinto che una buona percentuale dei concetti non sarebbe passata.
Anche la videocamera è uno strumento adatto ad aiutarci a comprendere perché rivedendoci ciascuno di noi capisce quali sono gli aspetti negativi su cui deve lavorare e gli aspetti positivi da esaltare al fine di aggiungere valore.
Carlo è un gran maestro non solo per quanto riguarda i discorsi preparati che ormai conosce a memoria, è stato molto bravo anche a rispondere ai nostri dubbi immedesimandosi più volte nelle nostre situazioni.
Sicuramente applicare i concetti alla nostra realtà su commessa è una bella sfida, Come suggerito da Carlo non è un processo istantaneo e questo spero che lo capiamo bene perché secondo me l'aria di cambiamento ci spaventa quando vediamo che sono tanti gli aspetti da migliorare, un passo alla volta, togliamoci il cappello nero della negatività e del pessimismo e rimbocchiamoci le mani per mettere i pratica tutto quello che abbiamo appreso. Cerchiamo di farlo subito e soprattutto ogni tanto fermiamoci e valutiamo se lo stiamo ancora facendo. Questo è lo spirito con cui cercherò di mettermi in gioco.

Ho apprezzato particolarmente l'approccio utilizzato da Scodanibbio.
Le sue spiegazioni sono state molto esaustive ed interessanti anche grazie ai lavori di gruppo e alle presentazioni di file multimediali, i quali hanno reso il corso coinvolgente.
In futuro, mi piacerebbe partecipare ad altri corsi di questo genere per poter approfondire quanto imparato ed ampliare di più le mie conoscenze e competenze.

Carlo è stato un maestro nell'intrattenere tutta la classe, trasmettendoci in pieno la sua filosofia "Lean".

Ho apprezzato molto le capacità didattiche e l'esperienza di Carlo, assolutamente notevole!! Ha trattato un argomento complesso con passione e cercando di coinvolgere sempre la propria classe. Porto a casa i suoi insegnamenti più diretti, quelli che ti permettono di essere più efficace nel lavoro, generando quindi valore aggiunto. La gestione dei collaboratori è un altro punto che mi ha davvero colpito e che cercherò di mettere in pratica quanto prima, sperimentandone l'efficacia.
In generale un corso che consiglierei a chi si vuole approcciare al mondo del Project Management. Assolutamente soddisfatto!
