The scheme of the offer is very simple:

As a promotional initiative I offer a first Training Course or Workshop at no professional fee.

The promotional Course or Workshop has a max. duration of 2 days (16 hours) and must be chosen from the list below.

Companion travelling and living-out costs will be for the Organising Institution's account.

A mini-web-site describing the training event extensively will be built and published within the scodanibbio.com domain. This will be done approx. three weeks before the scheduled date of the training course/workshop.

Why this offer ?
Because I like to travel and to explore new countries, new cultures, new realities and, why not, to have a short holiday.
Besides, this is the best way for us to know each other and for you to test my training style. Which may lead to other, subsequent training initiatives.

Travelling from where ?
My base is Cape Town, South Africa. So companion travelling expenses should be calculated from Cape Town.
Obviously, this offer is open also to selected Institutions/Organisations in South Africa and neighbouring Countries.

What are the conditions ?
Only one: that I had no past commercial relationship with your Institution/Organisation.

Any other term ?
I need 3 to 4 months' notice. But please allow me to postpone a training proposal of this sort if the chosen timing is unsuitable. And
I shall withdraw this special offer after a certain period of time. No other booking will be accepted after withdrawal.

What is the next step ?

If you are interested in organising an "in-house" (at your premises) Training Course with a duration of 3 days (24 hours) or more, you will get an extra day of my time (at no charge) to show your people the "in-house" waste.

How?
Through my video-camera. There is no better tool than the video-camera to create the mirror effect (read about the "mirror" effect - click here) and overcome reluctance and resistance to lean principles in all minds, especially veterans' minds.
The video-camera will reveal end expose the "in-house" waste. No more excuses are then possible....

In practice:
I come to your premises (factory, construction site, operational areas) one or two days prior to the scheduled training event. I know where and how to "spot the waste". I video-record it. I edit and assemble a movie dedicated to the purpose. I put it on a DVD. I show the waste in a crucial moment of the training event. That's it.
The DVD remains your property, and all material used to produce it will be deleted. Everything will be treated as "strictly confidential".

Conditions: only one.
The "in-house" training event must have a minimum duration of 3 days and be related to lean (Lean Thinking - Lean Manufacturing - Lean Project Management)

If you are interested in organising an "in-house" (at your premises) Training Course with a duration of 3 days (24 hours) or more, you will get an extra day of my time (at no charge) for coaching/guidance in the practical implementation (in your enterprise) of the Course's topics/principles.

This is a very important point. When a Training Course is delivered "in-house", participants normally go into a "high momentum" status and would like to "see" immediately the practical aspects of things, in their premises, in their factory, in their everyday working conditions.
If nothing happens "immediately after" a good percentage of that "momentum" might go lost.
It is therefore very beneficial to generate the opportunity of some form of practical implementation of the concepts or principles learnt during the Course "immediately".

The "coaching day" will be dedicated just to that: to get "hands-on" into the factory, the site, the processing premises - to identify/evaluate weakness areas - and to go "immediately" into the most appropriate improvement (the most appropriate under the circumstances), re-structuring or perfecting action.

This is the main reason of this special offer: intended to ensure high training effectiveness and continuity.
